Damaged or Torn Products
If you receive a product that is torn or damaged, you can request a replacement or exchange within 3 days of purchase. We do not accept requests for replacements or exchanges after 3 days from the date of purchase.
Product Quality Satisfaction
We ensure the highest quality for all our baby products. However, if you’re not satisfied with the product’s quality, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in the same condition as received—unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary based on your bank or credit card provider.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
