Damaged or Torn Products
If you receive a product that is torn or damaged, you may request a replacement within 3 days of purchase. No replacements will be accepted after 3 days from the date of purchase.
Product Quality Satisfaction
We strive to ensure the highest quality in all our baby products. If you are not satisfied with the quality, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition as you received it—unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges
To exchange a product, follow the standard return process. Once the return is approved and the original item is received, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.
Refund Process
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned product. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
